Several cast and crew members from NBC's Days of our Lives gathered with the family of Joseph Mascolo this week to share a final farewell to the actor known for playing Salem's love-to-hate villain, /days-of-our-lives/whoswho/stefano.php, and The Bold and the Beautiful's Massimo Marone.
Mascolo's longtime friend and costar Thaao Penghlis (Andre DiMera) took to Twitter to share details with fans as well as a special video montage that played during the service.
"A Tribute to Joseph Peter Mascolo," he wrote. "Not easy to see those who influenced you make their transition."
